I called this store early and immediately after answering, the lady puts me on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up and called back, same thing. So later I drove the 15 miles to see if they had some ceramic brake pads for my car. She gave me some pads and I drove back and they were not correct. I drove back, this time with the pads from my car so I could compare and the lady realized she gave me the wrong ones. So she brings out another box and we open it and we have a match!
