I visited Carquest Auto Parts last week and had a pretty disappointing experience. I dealt with a counter employee named William after waiting in line, and unfortunately his attitude really stood out, in a bad way. On hold 40 minutes, I gave up. I asked if they sold water pump gaskets , nothing specific, just asked if they sold gaskets. I was put on hold 40 minutes before I gave up. Should have been a simple yes or no. If they do it's definitely a popular item. The guy on Sunday is incredibly under qualified. Terrible experience.
