Great customer service.
We broke down in windsor nova scotia and carquest was closing in 10 minutes, speaking with meghan and explaining we were from antigonish she made arrangements for my husband to be picked up and taken to their store to purchase the part and some tools and then drove him back. She left her number incase we need help. My hubby needed one more tool and she and carquest's driver dave again came to the rescue and both showed up they both stayed until we had the new alternator installed and gave us a boost. On a Friday afternoon the 12V battery on my 2015 Prius needed to be replaced. The car will not run without it. Carquest had a battery and knew a guy - Geoff Lunn - who owns a Prius and Integrity Plus Automotive in Three Mile Plains. I went right over. Geoff had Carquest deliver the battery then got me back on the road in no time at all. Geoff has all the latest tech to service the latest models and years of experience with older models. I highly recommend Carquest and Geoff @ Integrity Plus Automotive.
The service is always top notch and friendly. Robert was quick in finding me what I needed for windshield wiper blades and even installed them!
