Brought a simple relay in and the guy at the counter wouldn't cross reference it for me, he just said no don't have them and that was it, Only time going there and won't go back

Horrible customer service. Lady on the phone was rude and had not a single clue about anything related to the parts I needed even when given exact information on make model year engine size drivetrain and amazingly got asked the colour of my car
