I was heading to take my daughter to a doctors appointment, I wheeled in to get gas and my car wouldn’t start back up. I called Carquest and they sent me Bobby he got my car started and I drove to the store he then put my new battery in! I can tell you their customer service is top notch!!
Always helpful to a wife doing errand runs for her husband
Everyone is very helpful when I come into the store. I’ve had to have windshield wipers replaced and anyone that helps me always does it with a smile. Kelsy always asks what can she help with. I’ve been in the store when she answers the phone and she’s always polite and professional.
