Visited this shop yesterday. MonFeb09 After having visted several stores for a particular item, I finally got at this store, what I was looking for, . Excellent Service was provided by the Gentleman who attended me. He was kind understanding and helpful. Thank you. Keep up the good work!
Really disappointed with the lack of knowledge, organization, communication and cost of this place. The woman who answered the phone was extremely confused, was not listening to what I was saying and kept making mistakes. She was completely lost on a very simple request, which was frusterating but I tried giving the benefit of the doubt and having patience. I've had excellent experiences dealing with all the staff there. Dennis, Zach, Dan and Adam always do their best to help me with whatever they can. These guys can almost always find whatever parts I need. Carquest has the best quality and service. Great place to go and dependable staff working there.
