I had a terrible experience at this Carquest location. The customer service personnel was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit. Instead of being helpful, they acted as if my questions were an inconvenience. I was met with a dismissive attitude and zero effort to assist me. Customer service should be about helping people, not making them feel unwelcome. Definitely won’t be coming back!
