my wife called and spoke with a male employee regarding parts she needed for her urgent brake repair.. and drove to pick them up that evening. she took time off work the next day to have a mechanic do this urgent repair. 20 mins in.. the mechanic told her that she was given the completely wrong parts. no parts were correct. frustrated, she had to take the wrong parts back and purchase what we're hoping are the 'correct' parts. the female employee that we dealt with did not offer any type of partial reimbursement, discount.. ... read more
totally unprofessional people I live in Niagara Falls and I ordered a timing belt kit for 2012 Volkswagen Jetta TDI diesel and the brand was gates Guy conferred me. It’s on discount right now. My husband was in the other day and dealt with the blonde lady wearing glasses. I believe her name was Pat. My apologies if I've got the wrong description and wrong name to any other female employees. This person was horrible to deal with. Her attitude and condescending behavior is not acceptable no matter what kind of a bad day you may be having.
