This place is great! The store is clean and well organized, the prices are fair and the staff and the service are excellent. I am also very happy to see that the grumpy old guy with the funny eyes is no longer working there. Carquest Stratford is now my go to for all my car stuff!
Just read another review from a separate customer saying the "guy with the funny eyes needs an attitude adjustment". This is entirely accurate. When I asked for a very basic "5 post relay" he looked extremely confused, asked me why I needed it, and then asked me for the make and model. I told him its a basic part and its universal, and he said "I can guarantee you that's not a universal part". Very demeaning attitude.
