Refused to honour a battery warranty despite being presented with a digital copy of the receipt (original was in Toronto - and battery was dead down in Windsor). Admitted that they could validate the purchase was indeed legitimate. Even the other store offered to validate the purchase - but they refused to do anything. Thankfully another Carquest was able to assist. Truly disappointing and left quite bad taste in my mouth.

Not happy with their service a few months back. We bought a battery for our key fob. They wouldn't change it for us. They didn't want to be responsible incase something happened. We then returned a half hour later and said we would like our money back as we would like to go elsewhere. We had even a worst attitude. Yes, 2 bad customer service in 25 years.
