Great customer service with a smile
The best parts store ever, I went to buy a spark plug for my lawn mover 10th may the staff was so frndly also answered all my questions.
Refused to honour a battery warranty despite being presented with a digital copy of the receipt (original was in Toronto - and battery was dead down in Windsor). Admitted that they could validate the purchase was indeed legitimate. Even the other store offered to validate the purchase - but they refused to do anything. Thankfully another Carquest was able to assist. Truly disappointing and left quite bad taste in my mouth.
