I have lived in Gatesville about 35 years. I have never seen a more helpful and knowledgable. They freely give advice on repairs and will order anything you need car part wise and it;s there in one day. I wish all businesses were like Davidsons.. B Wilson

Wendy. Was very rude and condescending. She should be fired for her lack of willingness to help and having a positive attitude towards the public. she needs to spend less time talking with her fellow co workers and spend more time taking care of her waiting customers. Customer service is only good as there hired employees. Your better off going to napa at least they acknowledge you as a customer.

When I was the manager at the Roseburg Walmart, one of my mechanics broke something on a car that they were servicing. I searched all the stores in Roseburg and couldnt find a replacement part. Then I called up John at Jiffy, & he not only had the part I was looking for but gave me a good deal on it since I had to drive all the way from Roseburg to get it. Thanks for always being there when Im in a parts related bind! :)

Ridiculous....Called to look for parts and was immediately put on hold. The WHOLE time I was on hold the little recording they make you listen to was in SPANISH. Sat on hold for over 5 minutes before I could not take it anymore & hung up. Not getting my business!
