We had a 24'x51' steel building installed by carports satisfaction in Oct 2022. The week of Thanksgiving 2024, living in northeast Ohio, it snowed. Wasn't a whole lot considering where we live. The snow apparently made a STEEL building that comes with a 20 year roof material and framing warranty, collapse on itself. I reached out to this company, they claim they are not responsible because we didn't upgrade the roof? That was never mentioned or offered. Would highly recommend them they just recently finish my installation and the crew they had here was very professional and finished ahead of time. The young lady that help with our sale was very attentive and they even came down to check on the work.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !! It has been a nitemare.first they showed up four days late then the garage door was built in the wrong place and they didn't have all the garage door parts so I asked them to just take the garage door they stated they would give me a small partial refund because it was used and this was only hours after it was installed the handle/lock they installed on the man door was broke they also do not seal any gaps on any panels or sealant on windows all eight of my windows have been leaking ev... read more
