The only reason I gave a four star, has nothing to do with Javier, he actually resolved my issue with the company. However, Brian who claimed to be a sales Rep. Lied to me about an install date, and also, put some lady on the phone and said he never told us anything we stated. To me that is a liar, and That salesman does not deserve my business. Javier made my buying experience smoothly. I tried other companies and they all wanted a deposit over the phone, Javier didn't ask for a deposit it only took about a week I bought a 12x40x6 the installers where friendly and I could not believe how fast they installed such a big Carport. I recommend Javier to any one who needs a Carport.
