Carport Central took my $1700 so quick before they gave me the contract. Please everyone make sure you get the contract first & expect a long long wait for them to come out and build the garage/shed. They also promise me they’d refund the $850 within 7 to 10 days it’s been 3 months no money! They always have some kind of excuse to make them look good. Terrible company to deal with took my deposit was told 8 to 10 weeks to install 10 months ago still no building and won’t give back deposit stop answering phone calls save your money and don’t waste your time with these people because in the end they will just let you down read all reviews.

I would not suggest anyone do business with this company. After signing paperwork you are told that they will not even start your building until you have a permit. However with repeated requests for the plans for the building so I can get a permit they did not respond. Even though they provided no assistance in getting me the information to get a permit they have put a clause in the contract that if you cancel you cannot get your $4000 deposit back. We made a deposit February 23,2021 of $4200 for a building their salesman stated typically took up to 16 weeks to install. Now we have passed 31 weeks and can barely reach anyone on the phone and when we do they are full of excuses to the point of aggrevating me. No answer when or if we will ever get a building install. We have been told that they are still trying to coordinate building installations elsewhere (not in our state) from last October 2020! I ordered my building on March 25th and called several times but couldn't get them to answer.. i finally got through to them in May and was told that they didnt know when they would be able to start. They finally called me last week and said they would be here this week. Not only was I charged more than $400 more than what my contract stated, when the contracted builders showed up 2 days late they didn't have reliable equipment to do the job. This people are scam artists. I first reached out to Justin brim I told him my only concern was time frame considering we have a business we are starting and needed a spray booth built. He ensured that us was six weeks or less we have all the emails to prove everything. We were purchasing a 30x41 garage. After this lead time was ensured to us we then pulled the financing so now we have an open line of credit with these scammers and now we are told after signing the contract it was an 11-14 week lead time. This company ripped me off more than $3000. They changed the material terms of my contract and then refused to refund my deposit. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews on their website - it doesn't allow you to post a negative.
