Overall, very poor experience working with Carpool Logistics. Communication was all but nonexistent and required me to initiate in order to obtain any information whatsoever. First, Eric never confirmed which day my car was going to be picked up until I asked only a couple of days before the scheduled day. Very friendly service and good communication
I would strongly advise against using Carpool Logistics. After handling a shipment for someone not associated with our stores, they have repeatedly left 1-star reviews on our dealership even after acknowledging that we were not responsible for the issue. This level of unprofessional behavior from a vendor is extremely concerning. If you’re considering a shipping provider, I recommend looking elsewhere. Based on this experience, it raises serious concerns about their business practices.
Extremely quick and very easy to work with. I will definitely use them again!
