Told i would get my vehicle in two days then a trailer supposedly broke then a truck broke down then it was Friday then sat then monday then thrursday then maybe Friday now they saying sat it's been 2 weeks still no delivery would never recommend they lie too much I could of went and picked the truck up myself .the vehicle was suppose to go from Tennessee to Mississippi now it's in Atlanta and all I hear is excuses

Overall, very poor experience working with Carpool Logistics. Communication was all but nonexistent and required me to initiate in order to obtain any information whatsoever. First, Eric never confirmed which day my car was going to be picked up until I asked only a couple of days before the scheduled day. There was no information about the pickup provided until I called them the morning of the scheduled pickup. I would strongly advise against using Carpool Logistics. After handling a shipment for someone not associated with our stores, they have repeatedly left 1-star reviews on our dealership even after acknowledging that we were not responsible for the issue. This level of unprofessional behavior from a vendor is extremely concerning. If you’re considering a shipping provider, I recommend looking elsewhere. Based on this experience, it raises serious concerns about their business practices.
