Everyone at CarPlex are wonderful people but don’t bother buying a car from them if you’re planning on upgrading in 2 years. We have perfect credit paying thru them and have been told by the finance company that they will finance us again. When we went in to trade our car they wanted our car as a trade-in but we still needed to pay 3000.00 more, when 3 months ago they were willing to give us one amount but miraculously in three months, our car depreciated $3000. They are a ripoff!!!!
Chance was amazing throughout this process! At first I went and got a new car. Less than 2 weeks later I was in a car wreck. I contacted him and he was on it. He helped me throughout the process and eventually less than a week later was in a brand new car from CarPlex!
Larry Hutchings went above and beyond to get my wife into her dream car and zoei weck worked diligently with Larry and made everything work out. I highly recommend them for all your automobile needs. Also great selection of late models. I couldn't be happier.
Larry was incredible during the process of getting a new car. I had been window shopping for a bit and finally decided to start the process. He was honest & upfront about what to expect/the process. I had seen a car that I loved & it quickly sold after I left and he truly went out of his way making sure I had the car I wanted. The process was so easy & quick (to me).
