This place is a great place to get a car. They help every way possible and explain what everything is you are signing. They were quick and very friendly! I would suggest them to anyone!
Everyone at CarPlex are wonderful people but don’t bother buying a car from them if you’re planning on upgrading in 2 years. We have perfect credit paying thru them and have been told by the finance company that they will finance us again. When we went in to trade our car they wanted our car as a trade-in but we still needed to pay 3000.00 more, when 3 months ago they were willing to give us one amount but miraculously in three months, our car depreciated $3000. They are a ripoff!!!!
Car plex, in Terre Haute does not even deserve one star! They literally sold my daughter a 2022 equinox, that booked at about $15,000 and her total payoff Over six years was $48,000!!! They saw her coming a young 21 year old female! Please do not let your children go to this place and try and get alone for the first time! They did not explain any of that to her.They are a terrible business!!
Jake was very friendly, explained everything perfectly and made the experience so easy instead of spending 4+ hours in the dealership!! Highly recommend
