Terrible service and after-sale attitude. They took the order and money right away for an upgrade kit, but communications after cashing were bad and worst when needed help. Despite they had the VIN # and the spec of the car, the Apim was not programmed correctly for it. After months of no return calls and emails, I send the unit for a fix or replacement (that is what they promised), I had to fight for weeks to get it back unchecked. I discourage anyone to do business with them.
