Wonderful doctor! Kind staff. Great selection of frames. They took my insurance. Nice clean office and equipment.
I went in yesterday. Want to get my first pair of glasses. They were busy, but not everyone. So, I was just looking around for about 5 mins. No one said hello, or how can we help you, I think I was invisible. So, I ordered online at Zeeley. Sorry for your loss. I liked a $250 pair. I got 2 for that price.
Stopped here while traveling from out of town, for an emergency pair of trial contacts. They were happy to help and provided a pair free of charge. Thank you so much!
All around great experience. Front desk was very helpful and Dr Kleen explained in detail my issue. Felt much better after having my appointment with him.
My first visit at Carpinteria Eye Care was quite satisfying. Dr Kleen was able to provide the vision testing I needed. He was great discussing with me what my best options were and create a "game plan" for my vision and eye care. His staff was knowledgeable and friendly, which enhanced my experience. I would highly recommend Carpinteria Eye Care.
