I called for an install of a Thinkware F790 dashcam. I dealt with Leroy over the phone and Gatlin in person, both were super friendly and knowledgeable! I was 5 minutes late and the job was still completed ahead of schedule! Gatlin gave me a whole tutorial and made sure I was 100% comfortable with the camera and features before I left. 10/10 service and would recommend to anyone looking for quality work with fair pricing!! Recently took my Audi in to get a dash magnet installed to hold my iPhone. Dev and Gatlin worked together to customize the product as it wasn’t an easy out of the box solution. Thx for your ingenuity and swift service. I can now drive and confidently see navigation without the risk of my phone dropping.
Bought a car that had a full aftermarket system installed. The system sounded terrible and I wasn’t confident or competent in messing with it my self. Brought it in to be sorted and tuned. Left the car there for a day, picked it up and subwoofer was now working well but system still sounded awful. After another month of listening to it I decided to have someone else look at it. Dev, Gatlin and the staff at carphonix are awesome people. Took my 2006 mustang in last year as the wiring was messed up. They rewired it for me and set up my stereo even though it was not purchased through them. Charges were minimal. I took it back today as the screen kept going black. Dev went in to the settings and fixed me up within minutes. One of the settings were off but he knew exactly what to do. Thanks guys I really appreciate it.
