I recently brought in my 02 Camaro SS because I thought the front speakers were blown. I also wanted to upgrade the original system, nothing crazy just some better bass and overall sound quality. I spoke to Leroy and he was very knowledgable, didn't try to push anything crazy and explained everything. I couldn't be more happier with the results. The install was so clean, and the sound is amazing. These guys do great work!
Unbelievable. Staff diagnosed my issue, ordered replacement part and had it repaired within two days. Receptionist is amazing and knows what she’s doing. Great service. And I don’t say that often.
I’m not very savvy when it comes to car audio, so I went in looking for some general information and help with upgrading the sound system in my truck. The gentleman behind the desk was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really appreciate the great customer service and advice. It’s not what you think you need, but how you are treated as a customer. I bought my third, same brand, dash cam from Amazon. CarPhonix installed it about a year ago. The first one I bought is why I bought the second one for a new car. Unfortunately it pooched within a year of CarPhonix installing it. I ordered a new one from Amazon, and am currently trying to get warranty coverage from AZDOME, and found out that that brand has not been standing up. I recently had a new stereo installed in my Mustang and couldn’t be happier with the results! The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The installation was done professionally, everything was installed neatly, and the stereo looks and sounds amazing.
