I am writing to file a formal complaint about the service my son, He received at Car Phonics during his Smart Start installation appointment. My son had the device installed, and it appeared that a young employee completed the installation without proper supervision. From what happened afterward, it was clear the installation was not done correctly, and his work was not checked before my son was sent on his way. Incredible customer service, I came in for a set of speakers, and left with a full audio system on my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado. The fidelity sounds incredible and installation is top notch!
