Final product looks really good, but their lack of communication and information was very frustrating. They missed scheduled appointments and wouldn’t notify us until we called them usually hours later because they wouldn’t answer the phone. They took over a week and a half longer to get our carpet installed than they said it would take when moving into our new house which delayed everything.
They do great quality work.
We've used these guys for two homes now and feel like they're a good place for flooring. It's nice to be able to support locally owned businesses
