I do not like Tony. I did not enjoy working with him. He lied to me several times. I did not like his tile person. The end result was not what I wanted, or what I ordered. Tony did not fix his mistakes, nor did he apologize. He has poor business ethics. I recommend going elsewhere. I know a few people who live here and had their work done by people in Tyler and were very happy.
Unfortunately, I hired Tony Fry b/c I stupidly trusted my contractor, Bobby Hunter. Two bathrooms in a new build. Horrible experience with Tony. The quality of work is mediocre. Tony and his workers changed numerous aspects of my design in both bathrooms without asking. Tony, himself, changed colors in my order and laid the tile incorrectly in one of my bathrooms and did not accept responsibility for finishing the job the way I originally ordered. Tony provides a shoddy service with a big ego. This kind of work/attitude would never pass for people of sophistication and class. Very rough and raw around the edges, if you will. I don't know how to describe the annoyance and disappointment I have for Tony and the finished product. I truly wish I never crossed paths with him.
