Initially felt i was in great hands. Jesse talks the talk and comes across as a great guy, but made statements that were not true concerning payment of the product ( after meeting with Jesse twice and texting with him numerous times, the end result was different from what we were told) and i ended up feeling i was fixing to be scammed. Almost sorry to leave the bad review, but this is how i feel after talking with Jesse and Alicia and not getting a decent explanation of the discrepancies !!

I feel blessed that I was able to work with this company. They came recommended by a friend who had carpet placed in her home. I am so glad I went with her recommendation. From the first conversation I told them what I needed and wanted. I had them place carpet and do tile flooring. They exceeded my expectations with the quality of work they did. Great customer service. We were quite indecisive until they took their time explaining the different quality and thickness. We ordered Friday and got it installed the next Friday. Jessie and his worker came in and did a beautiful job. I love that the business is very family oriented and they just want to help unlike many stores we visited.
