Literally the worst customer service, I have encountered in Las Vegas. Had to go in the store 3 times to get a quote. Never got a call back. The 2 salesman seemed annoyed to work or sell my wife and I new flooring.

Avoid these people at all costs. The salesman was great but then it all goes to ground. Granite countertops were supposed to be installed on Tuesday at 8:00. The installers showed up on time, broke up my old countertops and broke a cabinet, then began to install the granite. It was cut wrong and did not fit so they took it back and said they would return. They returned at 4:00 on Tuesday with a piece that was broken all the way through. Took that back, left me with no countertops and no sink/water. They promised to return on... read more
