Owner was honest and informative, the boys who laid my carpet worked so hard laying carpet on my stairs.. and I didn't even offer a cup of tea as my kettle was in storage somewhere, nothing in the fridge either as just moved in. Would offer both a beer if I had the chance. Thank you so much, I love my new remnant carpet ☺

Lovely to see a modern carpet showroom with old fashioned friendly service. Looked everywhere for a carpet to match an existing room and found it here in Belmont after no luck at all the carpet stores in Osborne Park and Malaga. The staff helped load it into our car expertly and Bill was a pleasure to deal with. You could tell straight away that these are friendly, helpful people who know their carpet and it's great to come away with a satisfied feeling of dealing with professional, friendly people.

Dealing with Ken and the crew at Carpets Etc. was great! I went in with an urgent job and they were quick to help and had the carpet ordered and laid within a week. Thank you so much for all your help and will see you soon to do the rest of the house.

If you're after excellent customer service, Carpets Etc is the place to go! After running around to all the big name flooring places, looking for an off cut and receiving moderate to down right rude customer service, Carpet Etc was just what I needed! The staff there are ridiculously friendly and helpful and went right out of their way to help me out. One very happy customer here! Thanks so much Carpets Etc!
