ethical standards and protection of clients financial information is where I think they should start. I have asked 3 times in 2 weeks for a receipt for a payment they withdrew without my consent and have still not received a reply! I even cc'd the owner. I strongly recommend anyone else!!!

I have dealt with them since end of October for my hard wood floors, still waiting for job to be completed. Been told numerous times, “we will be there next week”. Two weeks later and I am still waiting. Never pay total up front, my mistake. Very disappointed with their customer relations. 👎👎👎
