The carpet cleaning team called before my appointment to let me know they were running a little behind because of an unexpected situation, and they kindly offered to reschedule if needed. I appreciated the clear communication and told them I was not in a rush. ian was my technician. i reached out to Carpet's Cleaningup because my pets had left some tough stains and odors in my daughter's playroom carpet. after months of trying to clean it myself, even using bleach, nothing worked.
