May 14,2020 Greg Hardy, Recently I needed a new floor completely sanded and refinished. After contacting Carpets by Direct and speaking to representative Greg Hardy I was surprised that he would be able to get to my project within 7 days. This is unheard of in the construction market. I was looking for a new floor for my house. Greg was very helpful in explaining the different samples and the durability. He was able to come out the same day to do the estimate. The installation date was less than a week later. Jose did an excellent job on the install. He worked very quickly and it is a true professional install. I recommend Carpets By Direct to anyone looking to change/update their floors. Extremely pleased.

We had water damage in a large classroom (1200SF) and getting new floors put back in a hurry was essential. Greg got it done in ONE DAY. Juan and Daniel arrived and had our damaged floor up in less than 30 minutes and reinstalled new floors by the end of the day. I bought new kitchen flooring from Greg in September. The installation was flawless, and the team was extremely professional. Greg also arranged for his team to refinish the hardwood floors in my foyer. Ampelo, Juan, and Daniel did a fabulous job and my floors are beautiful. This was a significant bonus for me because I did not know anyone else to hire to refinish my floors. Carpet by Direct is a top notch company and I would recommend them to anyone.

I bought wall to wall Shaw carpeting for my entire house during the last few months. Greg was the salesperson and Reyes headed up the install team. The price was excellent, the install team was on time, efficient and completed the job in one day. I love the carpet and recommend Greg and his team.

Carpets By Direct did a excellent job! Their sales professional, Greg did a great job in helping to pick out the perfect laminate flooring for our family's needs. The price was very fair and service & installation (Adrian and Herman) was done very well. I would defiantly recommend them to my friends, neighbors, relatives, or anyone.
