One of the best stores I've seen in a long time. Always professional, they always make sure you're taken care of. That's a great company.
They installed LVP floor 2yrs ago. $11,000. The floors are lifting and the ends are coming up. Been calling them for years but no help.
Despite a great recommendation from my parents, I had a less than stellar experience. I was assisted by Andrew who gave me a rough estimate but told me he would get back to me with final numbers. The next day he said the space was larger than he thought and that the cost would be $1,000 over the estimate he gave me the day before. We recently had new carpet installed in 4 rooms and vinyl flooring in another room. It is all beautiful and was finished in about two and a half days. I am so pleased with the work they did. Shane, our salesperson, was very helpful. The whole experience was easy to plan and the flooring is perfect! I highly recommend Carpets by Denny Lee.
