Third time we have used Don's Carpetronix service. He and Ronnie again did a fantastic job with our condo carpets. Being on the third floor, getting the equipment up is a challenge but easily handled. Highly recommended for carpets and upholstery.

Don did a great job. He called the following day to be sure everything was good. There was a stubborn stain that re-emerged after the cleaning dried and Don came right out to treat it. He followed up again to be sure it was all good. I appreciate his thoroughness and and care in making sure he delivered excellent service.

I used Carpetronex for a post-occupancy carpet cleaning of a townhouse. They were very responsive and clear on the cost structure. I needed a fairly quick turnaround and Don was able to accommodate that. And the carpets looked great when he finished.
