If I could give 0 stars I would. We have used Carpetright in the past (Taunton store), so when we needed to get new carpets in our new home in Torquay - we thought to use Carpetright again - big mistake! Never again we would use Torquay store as it has been horrendous experience lasting weeks! Stress, mistakes, chasing ups, etc you name it, we had it.
