If I could give 0 stars I would. We have used Carpetright in the past (Taunton store), so when we needed to get new carpets in our new home in Torquay - we thought to use Carpetright again - big mistake! Never again we would use Torquay store as it has been horrendous experience lasting weeks! Stress, mistakes, chasing ups, etc you name it, we had it. George was extremely, helpful, knowledgeable and flexible. The product we initially chose turned out not to be in stock and he did everything to help us chose an alternative flooring. Excellent service all round.
