I was very happy with my transactions with carpetland. Brooke was very easy to work with and I was very satisfied with my choice of carpet. There was a spot on the carpet after installation that I thought was a spot of grease. I sent a picture of it and sent it to carpetland. The installer came back the next day and not only removed the spot but left the rest of the bottle of stain remover. I will definitely use them again!
