I had a great experience with working with Brooke. She helped me pick out flooring and just had great communication with her through the whole process. Then they send out very awesome installers as well. Overall great experience and excellent work getting the carpet and lvp installed.
Brooke very patiently worked with me to find the right carpet very near my price point. The installers were great. I love the results - lots of compliments. Highly endorse Carpetland in Clinton - great experience! 😍
5 stars for excellent customer service in sales and installation! Brooke was amazing to work with and knew exactly what I was going for when picking out new carpet. Scheduled installation was supposed to be a Monday, but we had an Iowa Midwest blizzard and Jared and the crew were able to reschedule quickly and came on Saturday! We are so happy with our new carpet and will do business again.
