Brooke Ottens rocks! My husband and I walked into Carpetland and thought we knew what we wanted in carpet. Brooke showed us some books to look at. Wow, so many choices. We told her where the carpet was going and the color we were looking for...she then opened another book and pointed to a carpet that had the color we were looking for and we both fell in love with it. We’ve worked with Brooke multiple times at Carpetland and have always had a great experience. She helped us with new flooring during a large remodel, assisted with transitioning our kitchen from ceramic tile to LVP, and most recently helped us choose carpeting to be bound for an area rug.
