My hardwood floor installation for approximately 1000 sq. ft took over 4 months and was poorly done. Excessive damage, shoddy workmanship, damage to original wood and details in an 130 year old home, and one of the installers put a rather large hole/crack in my plaster wall and they are refusing to fix it with the quote they asked me to provide. Very disappointing and poor experience and they didn’t make it right. Rockford location.
Carpetland provided a truly exceptional experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend them for any job. Jeff Nelson was our salesman, and extremely helpful thru the entire purchasing and install process. They were very flexible on scheduling, and worked around our preferred days. We had 6 rooms of carpet installed, and one room had a color tone that was different than we were expecting.
