Salesman was helpful came out measured everything installers were good. Worked their tail ends off. Everything went well.
Carpet has dark and light spots all over whole house not pleased didn't get to go to store and pick what I wanted I was bought 2 samples and they said they wouldn't recommend one because of my walking ability Wouldn't recommend this store
Donnie is a great representative. We needed his help to measure and quote a local home. He went in and saw all the issues and gave us a quote. It was a great price. The installation crew was amazing and the floors are beautiful! Great person to work with and a great company.
Worst customer service I've ever had. I have a problem with my luxury vinyl plank flooring getting gaps in it. I have called with no luck talking to someone calling me back. I have been to the store I purchased it from, talking to the manager who said would be out and take pictures. He never showed up. Do not waste your time with these people!
New floors look great. Brandon was excellent to work with and got me scheduled fast for the installation which got pushed back one day because of inclement weather but they got it rescheduled quickly and everything looks great. Will use them again for a future job and soon.
