Let me say how efficient that Carpertland USA is here in Martinsville, VA. My husband, Chris, call them today December 5, 2024 expressed how our home got flooded by the weather, which we live in an RV. Corporate called Ray and had him come out and assess the damage. He gave us hope that he can fix the situation at hand. Ray said that he can come out on Saturday to show us sample and get the ball going. Customer service was good but the actual work itself was awful. We had the kitchen in the home we were buying done. First time we saw it we were baffled that somebody had come in and called that "finished". There was a massive, crooked, and already lifted seam right smack in the middle of my floor. Well they apologize a great deal, came and "fixed" it... still awful work, and now that a SUBSTANTIAL chunk of my floor is lifted under it, I can see where they left all the nasty, old, ALREADY LIFTED flooring up so really the new... read more
Very helpful, do great work at a reasonable price.
We had new flooring in the master bedroom and bathroom. Excellent crew, very efficient, and cleaned up afterwards beautifully. I would highly recommend Vicky, she is amazing!!
