The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. The installers for the carpet weren't told they had to move the furniture (negotiated at time of purchase). That delayed installation. They were given the wrong information about the stairs and came with no carpet tacks. That delayed installation. Didn't have a floor strip nor did they have closet guides as the old ones aren't correct. I also had them install new bathroom floor. The grout was short shipped. They broke the toilet. I went to the floor store looking for some new hardwood flooring and I found exactly what I was looking for! The salesperson there showed me a herringbone engineered flooring that they had in stock and my wife and I fell completely in love with it! The installation was done a day ahead of time and it looks amazing! I recommend starting your flooring hunt at the floor store. :-)
The Floor Store treated us like we were special, gave us a great price on our new floors and delivered them on time. Overall this was a great experience and we will be back for more flooring in the future. The sales staff were pleasant and professional and the installers were on time and neat. They finished on time and on budget. I would recommend this company to everyone.
