The grey carpet started to shred on the risers as soon as it was installed. At first it was recommended that we trim back the broadloom that was pulling out! This is not a remedy for defective broadloom made by the Dixie company. Steve Santagata (the owner), said he would replace the carpet if we paid for part of the exchange. We had carpet installed in several rooms, stairs and hall thirteen months ago. The carpet on the stairs is loose in multiple places! The hallway was poorly finished by the walls. Unhappy with the installation! This shouldn’t be happening.
Horrible experience refinishing wood floors. They didn’t tape my base boards along my house leaving stain all around them. They failed to show up at times. Was supposed to take only 3 days but took 5. They never responded to repeated requests saying they were too busy. Will Never use them again
Absolutely love them. They gave me a free carpet sample. Everyone needs to visit at some point in their lives.
