The install was the only part of the interation with the company that was good. It took multiple phone calls to get the original vinyl flooring work done and never did get the estimate for the tile work done. Then, after taking months to get me final bill for the flooring work, I received two bills because they didn't keep track of what was done, It also included a charge for city sales tax even though I didn't live within the city, which I objected too. I was tiold I was wrong but followed up with the state to find out, tha... read more
