Our Condo community replaced the carpet in our buildings one year ago. I am sad to report I am beyond disappointed in the quality of the carpet. Literally, within two weeks, carpet tiles started to come up, as they were not glued down well, the carpet fibers would easily pull when our cleaning company vacuumed, and our Board made a terrible color choice, in choosing a light color, for the steps. She understood my esthetic and suggested countless options, sending me suggestions by email or samples by courier/mail. She also respected my budget and never tried to up-sell me. The stair runner was installed with professionalism and I am very happy with the outcome. I would recommend Carpet Works without hesitation.
