He was late to the appointment. My wife was there to greet him & he was rather short with her. When we got a phone estimate, the woman we talked to gave us an estimate & a higher amount if it was more soiled. She said we would know as soon as the service person inspected it when he came to do the job. When he arrived my wife found that he was her husband.
