Coley is an absolute superstar! From my initial contact until the carpet arrived at the terminal Coley's communication was excellent. He sent samples; helped to calculate yards needed when I was concerned that the installer under-estimated; worked with the manufacturer to help push up the production date; and tracked down delivery status with the freight forwarder. The company made me feel like I was their only (and most important) customer. I would definitely use them again.

My experience with Carpet Wholesale Outlet was fabulous! Passed by the shop on my way to Kentucky as I knew that Dalton was known for carpets and rugs. Once inside they had floor to ceiling carpets and rugs of every size and shape! I picked out 2 small runner size carpet to place on either side of my King bed. They only had 1 of the rugs in stock but told me they would be getting one in shortly ( within the week).
