The product failed to meet even the most basic performance standards outlined in its specifications. Within a short period of use, several technical issues became apparent, directly affecting productivity and reliability. The lack of durability and consistent malfunctioning demonstrate serious quality control shortcomings.
Everything went smoothly. It was very easy to communicate via text. The technician was extremely pleasant, discreet, kind, professional, and efficient. Just be aware ahead of time you cannot pay by check, and there is an up charge for credit card. I was not told ahead of time and didn’t have cash on had.
I can’t say enough good things about this carpet cleaning company! From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly thorough. They showed up right on time, explained the entire process, and treated our home with so much care. Our carpets honestly look brand new they were able to remove stains I thought would never come out. The entire house smells fresh, feels clean, and the drying time was much faster than I expected.
