They were flexible with our needs and worked with us on replacing the flooring we had with vinyl plank, partly during a work trip, and were trustworthy and upfront with us. Brian was amazing! Quote was to replace carpet on stairs and flooring on the landing. The installer, John did an excellent job. He cleaned up afterwords and did the job in a timely manner. My experience would make me a repeat customer.
