I recently had to get urgent flooring done at my apartment due to unexpected water leakage. Ken, the owner, was an absolute legend in helping me with that, providing the best service, guidance as well as a prompt service. The work was completed within a day and the tradies were very professional. Ken also did not forget to ask mid day on how the work is doing, some small gestures really go a long way. 10/10 would recommend.
Ken from Carpet Town was a real gentleman, he helped me with my carpet selection and organised the replacement of my shirting boards. The whole process was done in a record time and the results were amazing. I would highly recommend this company for all your flooring needs. Thank you to all the staff.

We did engineered flooring. Ontime installation and good customer service. But unsure about the quality as it is breaking up in the joints after a few months. Also, not great with tidying up the place after installation.
