I selected this company to replace our floors after water damage based on my initial interaction with Fred, the district manager. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the perfect flooring match. Unfortunately, after the measurements were taken and my deposit was paid, the level of communication and customer service declined significantly. Brian H. Has been amazing to work with. Twice over the past year he served us here at our church. Last month we had a waterline break and it flooded the whole church. We hired carpets to go to replace all of the flooring in over 7000 ft.². Everything is exactly what we wanted and the install crew was amazing! Respectful and helpful. I will always refer them out to people.
I am so happy with my new laminate floors and carpeting! Brian was wonderful to work with, and the installers did an amazing job. The whole process was so smooth. I love how my home has been transformed. Would highly recommend!
We had terrific service from Colin to get pricing and select a carpet. He was very good at communications and very professional. Then the installation arranged went great. The team arrived when scheduled, did wonderful work & clean up, and moved all the heavy furniture. I highly recommend them.
Purchase and installation were all done as scheduled. Installers were particularly careful while moving our furniture. Very pleased.
