Scott and Miranda from Carpet Tech - Rug Worx did and amazing job in regards to service and actual cleaning of a very large organic modern rug. It desperately needed cleaning due to puppies and people. When it was delivered today I could not believe how clean and beautiful the carpet looked. Scott and his team are the ultimate professionals! They are knowledgeable, courteous and are completely dedicated to customer satisfaction. We will be using Carpet Tech Service for ALL our rug and carpet needs in the future.
We use them exclusively at our office. We do spot cleaning quarterly and a deep cleaning annually. They're great working with our schedule so there is a minimal interruption to our business day. They have wonderful follow up on appointments. It looks terrific when they are finished. Would highly recommend Carpet Tech to anyone for home or office.
We had a red dye stain from gatorade in our wool carpet. Carpet Tech Services professionally cleaned our carpet and the stain is gone! We thought we might have to replace the wool carpet but not now. Thank you for your professional work!
