Had an appointment set up with John for 6/22 with a scheduled time from 11am to 1pm. 10:55am John calls the day of my appointment to say he needs to reschedule due to technical issues. I told him I could not reschedule and he needs to find someone to come and clean my carpets. 10 minutes later John called back to tell me he found someone and they will be there shortly. Guess what?
