The Carpet Tech site manager David Everette came out with an asst. to provide an estimate for duct cleaning. They arrived on time and were very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I mentioned that I would appreciate help in moving my washing machine back into place when they came back for dryer vent cleaning, a free addition to the service. Excellent service! The technicians arrived on time, explained the process and performed the HVAC duct cleaning service.
I received updates on my rental home the entire process and pictures of the spots. The technician was very kind and very good communication. Every stain was removed and my carpet looks brand new again after tenants. Very happy!
