Changed on appopintment to clean our carpets at the last minute. Thankfully we hadn't moved all the furniture yet. They rescheduled for Monday, August 31, 2009, at 10:00 AM. We told them we had a party planned for the next day so it was important they showed up. They failed to show up. We had spent three hours SDunday moving furniture and all day Monday waiting. Horrible. No reply from them yet..
