I had an excellent experience with their Oriental rug cleaning service. The team came to my home, inspected my hand-knotted wool rug, and carefully explained their rug cleaning process. I really liked that they take the rugs to a professional facility instead of doing a quick clean at home. After about 8 days, my rug came back looking brighter, softer, and completely refreshed.
I got my rug cleaned because it was looking dusty and worn out. They picked it up from my place and brought it back clean. It looks better now and feels nicer to walk on. The whole process was easy.
