Outstanding service for a great price! I needed a portion of my carpet padding replaced due to a persistent pet odor. Carpet Star immediately said they could service my request and did an incredible job. Not only did they replace the padding quickly, but also cleaned the subfloor, cleaned the backside of the carpet, re-stretched, reinstalled, and then cleaned the topside of the carpet. I am blown away and will definitely be calling again for any other flooring related jobs.

I was debating on leaving a review, but I dont want others to get ripped off like I did. The guys came out last week to restretch my carpet. The work looks good, but I only plan on staying here another 2 years or so. They were here 3 hours (no big deal), and at the end I asked what the final price was. He charged me $250 more than what I was quoted when I called to make the appointment. He gave me all sorts of reasons for why it was that much (had to pay his guy, the long drive, etc).
