From the time we walked in the door they were extremely helpful. They did not pressure us to go above our budget and were very honest about the different quality of products offered. We we able to make a decision and set an install time. The carpet arrived on time and was installed faster than originally quoted. The installers were VERY respectful of our home. I felt completely comfortable leaving them at our home during the day. In the future The Carpet Shop will be our first choice for flooring needs.
We have had Bob lay carpet for us several times. Excellent service and very pleased with our carpet choices. Would definitely recommend The Carpet Shop. Janelle also has a gift shop inside which I also recommend
The Carpet Shop has every kind of carpet and lots of flooring choices at reasonable prices.. Bob Sawden is really easy to work with and very helpful!
